Great vacuum, clean dust free bags

I just replaced the old bag, and realized it was a 3M. Yes there was dust in the clean area and the secondary filters were black. I dont remember having this occur when I was using the Genuine Miele bags before, so this review may be a little too soon. I will update later if required. I did want to address the other reviews that claim you dont have a clean room and the vacuum cleaner is not an air purifier. Mechanical devices that create conditions not usually found in a normal environment (leaf blowers, vacuums, etc.) stir up microscopic particles that will stay in your lungs. Yes, breathing the dust blown up by leave blowers is hazardous, and vacuums do basically the same thing. So, yes, I want the bag to catch as much as possible, not only for my health, but for the longevity of the machine too.

This goes along with the Miele Vacuums which are amazing. See my review for the vacuum. Never have had any problems with the bags either. And the way they are removed is great - you close up the hole before you remove so the dirt does not fly up in your face.

I go through bags frequently (lots of vacuuming) and am pleased with these bags, they keep dust in and with the flap closure its very easy to swap bags without getting a faceful of dust. I wish filters came separately, as I use a HEPA filter and feel like its a waste to pay for the included filters when I dont use them. But, the bag is well made and I recommend them.

Fantasic vacuum bags and MUCH better than the knock-off brands. The qualiry construction really makes a difference.
