This is a classical and true to its name razor and blades business model. Relative inexpensive razor handle, but the blades over time add up. However, the added vibration helps in shaving and the blades work really well. And they last beyond what the wear strip would suggest. Replace them when they start pulling, not when the strip says it is tome to take a new blade.
