I bought this for our trip to Disneyland and it did not disappoint! It not only covers the toilet well enough where your toddlers hands will not touch the actual toilet but it folds up small and compact! This is a game-changer product and I got so many compliments in the bathroom asking me where I got this from! The only con: the carrying case is black and for some odd reason it blends in so well with the storage on the bottom of my storage making it pretty difficult to find and grab. Id love an option for a different storage bag making it easier to find.

I love this product. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because the darker blue dye is rubbing off and it took me awhile to realize the blue marks on my sons bum were not bruises. I stay at home with him and the only other two people who are alone with him are my husband and my mom but thats rare and they would never hit him. They also had not been with him alone prior to these blue marks. But it made me wonder about parents who have toddlers in daycare or at preschool...the horror to see what look like bruises on an area of the body that would get spanked. And what if they didnt figure out that it was the blue dye from this product, rubbing off onto their child each time they sit on it? It kept happening...but I knew my son had not fallen on his bum and I knew I had not laid a hand on him and no one else had been alone with him...then I saw the darker blue owl eyes had been rubbed off a bit and then a bit more and I eventually figured it out. With that said, this product works great (helped me potty train my son in three days) and because he likes to have life predictable, it is nice that I can take it to places and he feels like its the same toilet hes sitting on. Its easy to clean and fits in a medium size purse.

It’s a great tool. Easy to fold, lightweight and fits in my pocketbook. It fits on all the US toilets (round, elongated), on air plane toilets, and on toilets in Iceland and Germany. I remove one star because the surface seems electrostatic. As soon as we put it down there is always some dirt or hair sticking to it. Other than that it checks all the boxes

Love this little seat!! Pros - it comes with a travel bag - easy fold / unfold design - little flaps to keep from sliding around - toilet lid can close with the seat on - which I love because we can let it sit there for my son to use on his own and still flush the toilet without the seat being up! -fits on our elongated toilets and our families toilets which are standard / different sizes. - pro-tip, keep the ziplock bag this comes in - I keep the seat in the zip lock bag and have disinfectant wipes in the black travel bag with the seat, so I’m not getting the black travel bag nasty and can clean the seat before I put it back in the ziplock! Always clean and can put wipes in the black travel bag too! - folds up small! Cons -more of an issue if you have a little boy but sometimes he “sprays” a little up and it gets under the seat and the gridded back make it difficult to clean. - this isn’t really a con but I always forget how to fold it and I feel dumb when I do...so...be smarter than me. Overall we use this and travel with this weekly to my in-laws. He takes this to sleepovers with his cousins and fits in everyones toilets - ours are elongated and others are not - works great everywhere we’ve taken it. We’ve had it about a year now and it’s held up so well and no signs of breaking! I wash it weekly when I do my bathroom cleaning and do use bleach on it - there is slight fading on the front design at the corners, but that’s it - barely noticeable (see pics). If your little one is going places a lot or taking a day trip, this beats holding them on a toilet seat and is super easy to carry! I’ve used this more than any other potty training product.

    Greater than one week

Although we are still in the potty training phase, I think this is an item I can use for a while. We use the toilet seat in her diaper bag at any place that we don’t want her to sit on the potty. Too many germs from the potty. She will get it fully eventually and it’s too much to ask of a toddler to not sit on or touch the potty so this is a great alternative.

I have used 3 different potty seats in potty training my son, and although I feel like the Fisher-Price one is the best, especially when they are just starting out, this one is definitely handy for on-the-go situations: Gimars Folding: This one is good for what it is- a folding potty seat you can bring with you if need be. This was good for the stage when he didnt feel comfortable sitting on the regular potty seat to poop. It has no splash guard of any kind, so your boy will either need to be able to pee standing up or have enough aiming skills to not make a mess everywhere. (I dont have a girl, but I would think it would work quite well for a girl as aiming isnt quite as much of an issue, I think.) It doesnt slide around with the silicone pads on the bottom, but it doesnt have any handles for the kid to hang onto. So its not quite as secure as the Fisher-Price, but you get the convenience of flat folding in exchange. My overall take is that for a portable potty seat, it does the best job you could reasonably expect. Fisher-Price Perfect Fit Potty Ring: Very sturdy, gives your kiddo a feeling of security when they are just starting out. Does not slip. Splash guard actually works. Does its job perfectly. Munchkin Sturdy Potty Seat: We ordered this one for a trip to visit the grandparents, so that we didnt have to pack our own. The Fisher-Price one was temporarily unavailable, so I figured I would try this one. Its a similar design, but the splash guard is not high enough to be effective. My son by this time had figured out how to pee standing up, so he just did that, but had he been in his stage of only being able to go potty with his potty seat, this one would not have gotten the job done. I also got the impression that he did not feel quite as secure sitting on this one.

Any gimmick to help your kid use the potty right? The face on this works like a charm for ours. It’s also so easy for travel!

We purchased this product to use when traveling and to reinforce potty training for my toddler when we are not at home. This product was very convenient to pack and uses up only a small footprint in our bag. Easy to use and folds away afterwards. The friendly look was helpful for my daughter who did not shy away from using it when the time came. It definitely helped reinforce the potty training that was already in place at home even at times when we are out and about. Overall, very happy with the purchase for our travel purposes.

this thing is a life saver. my kid was too tiny to sit on public toilets so it was a balancing act each time she needed to go. with this, no more problems! it fits the public toilets just fine. I also use a giant toilet cover with it for an added protection. I just use a lysol wipe to clean it after. easily folds back to the bag.
