> 3 dayI use this scissors all the time when sewing or embroidering. They have a very sharp blade and cut through all fabrics including minky.

> 3 dayIm still getting used to my pair, but I find them handy for grading (trimming one seam allowance shorter than the other). Another use is in sewing a mans shirt with felled sleeves. The sleeve cap has to be folded, sewn and then trimmed to 1/8. These scissor make it easy to get into a narrow area and cut without too much danger of cutting into the sleeve itself. My teacher, who has worked as a professional designer, in addition to teaching professional-level menswear sewing, had never seen them before and thought they were great. So did other students.

> 3 dayOf my 3 great scissors, these are the best to trim cutaway stabilizer away from the back of my machine-embroidered designs. Easy to handle, the blade slides under the tight spots, protecting the fabric. The cut is sharp and quick.

Greater than one weekJUST what I needed. Clean cuts without damaging the fabric underneath. Not sure how they would work for left-handed people.
