Greater than one weekI am new to applique work in quilting and quickly discovered that my wonderfully sharp and comfortable dress making scissors literally cut --too well. After ruining a couple of appliques, I talked with some vets who advised getting some applique scissors. At first they felt awkward because the blades are so different from what I was used to, but now I love them! I can trim into the most delicate corners with ease and without worrying about nips and cuts in the wrong places. Definitely a good investment if you are doing any applique work.

> 3 dayWhat can I say, Ginger scissors at a great price. And this model is great for preventing mistakes when you have yo “cut it close”. Use for trimming the back from applique( (cuts down on extra layers). Also use when trimming in the hoop machine embroidery applique. Use whenever you want to prevent accidental snip errors.

> 3 dayWork well but not impressed that I received an open package- likely a returned item. For the price I was expecting a new, never used item.

> 3 dayAs with all gingher products, this is well made. I finally taught myself how to do a proper baby hem, and this tool is price-less. I still make the random little snip into my fabric occasionally, but thats probably because I was cutting in low light and am still getting used to this tool.

> 3 dayI have really enjoyed this brand, they are very sharp and easy to use. Plus I couldnt beat the price. Half of what they were locally.
