Easy to pair and link to Alexa

I love how easy this was to set up and add to our Alexa app. Definitely will be buying more for other rooms.

I have another brand of these plugs that were just a super pain to get going. These ones were much smoother. You do have to download their app, but install was simple and fast after that. They work great with Alexa! I use mine for lights, and with the Alexa app you can change them from being recognized as a light instead of a plug. (You can do that for any smart plug.) They do add extra space for regular shaped outlets, so you can use both outlets at once! I will definitely buy more

Three of these units work flawlessly. The fourth did not power up. The fourth unit passed power through the plug to the device but would not link or turn off.

So, I already have the Govee app for my TV backlights so there was no need to download it. That being said, it took less than two minutes to get these plugs up and running including the instant integrating with Alexa and the on/off daily timers set. Could not have been easier or faster and they work perfectly! High rating all around especially if you already have the Govee app! Last two items of my holiday lights are now fully automated and I have the plugs to use for other things year round if needed.

I ended up buying 8 of them as I just kept finding new uses. I integrated them easily with Google Home. I cant comment on how they work with Alexa as I dont use it. You can turn them on and off manually or use automatic timers built into the Govee app or they can be integrated them into Google Home and use the Home routines to do the same thing. They require a 2.4Ghz wifi signal. My wireless router puts out both 2.4 and 5, so I didnt have a problem. If your router only puts out 5Ghz then they wont work.

These plug work wonderfully. I have a few of a different brand and decided to try the Govee brand. Govee seems to make some really cool stuff and their products are rating highly, and these plugs are no different. Smart plugs are pretty much all the same. Its the app that sets one apart from another and the Govee app is spectacular. It makes the installation and maintenance of the devices so freaking easy. I use the app once a day at least to turn on and off certain things and I love it. Setting up timers is super simple and it seemed to be discovered by my Amazon Echo without me doing anything in the Alexa app. Works great in my Alexa routines.

Just an update, the app is working took an hour. Not sure what was the problem nor how it fixed itself. The product works as expected. Missing one star for the headache trying to register to the app. Wish the app would work without registering.

Has bluetooth so i can use it to turn on my wi-fi

I had other brand smart plugs which were so difficult to set up. This was the easiest set up ever. Great product. Highly recommend!!
