These balloons have a film type texture on them with residue that rubs onto skin. Balloons are very thin and pop easily.

They have instructions On the package on how to make a garland but the English is so broken that the instructions are hard to understand I would not recommend this I just ended up blowing balloons and just leaving them on the floor instead of making a Garland very disappointed in this product

Very poor quality they stated bursting after I completed the decoration. It was not only left ugly but scary since my grad party was about to start and decorations were not complete so instead of focusing on food and other stuff I restated inflating and attaching the balloons. I won’t recommend or order them next time.

The kids loved this during graduation but when it came to inflating them it popped so easily and if you inflate them overnight by tomorrow they will all be on the floor so I wouldn’t get this again

Quality is not good. Almost 1/2 the balloons popped. To a point we had to buy more balloons from local store. Not the best.
