> 3 dayLifesaver- stopped leak & avoided me having to put a whole new faucet in. Old part went bad after 5 yrs. Home Depot & Lowes does not sell this item. No plumber needed to install.

> 3 dayI’ve been experiencing water pressure and flow issues with my Alira faucet. First I replaced the cartridge. That didn’t fix the issue. Next I flushed the water lines. That didn’t fix it. Finally I replaced the yellow quick coupling. That did the trick. I have strong water pressure again. Super easy to install. Glad I was able to find this part on Amazon.

Greater than one weekEasy to install. Not sure why Grohe parts are expensive and hard to find.

Greater than one weekYoull know when you need a new one. When you do, this product makes solving the problem very easy. Installation was as described and straightforward. Be certain to shop around -- Grohe parts are not as readily available as other brands -- and if you do so, you can save a considerable amount of money.

> 3 dayBought a new Grohe kitchen faucet and the flow was so limited the sprayer would not work and it took waaaaay too long to even fill a pot with water. You couldnt even rinse the sink out the pressure was so weak. Did some research on the flow restrictor for our model and bought this coupling to replace the red coupling that restricts flow to 1.75 gpm (I think - might be 1.5?) Problem solved! The pressure is actually so strong you have to get used not turning it on all the way. You have to go under the sink to replace it because it is on the end of the hose where it connects to the body of the faucet, not up at the handle end. Once you get under there and find it, it takes about 30 seconds to replace it. It is kind of irritating that it costs what it costs since it is just a piece of plastic tubing with one threaded end and one push/pull snap connector on the other. But it saved me from years of frustration with a ridiculously low water flow.

> 3 dayMy husband tells me the part was the correct part, however, Grohe has manufactured this replacement item with cheaper materials. When we purchased all Grohe faucets in our home, it was to avoid cheap use of materials. We expect better for purchasing Grohe.
