> 24 hourI understand there’s no magic pill for weight loss, but with being sedentary most of my days because of work, I have found myself gaining more weight and barely staying active. I needed to find something to help curb my appetite and these drops have done just that. They suggest to drink it water but I put a few drops under my tongue and then follow with water. There are days where I’m content with my meals and don’t overeat, I have found myself not snacking as much and although I don’t weigh myself I have noticed my jeans feel a bit looser. One more thing to note is that my energy levels are up - I want to be active and go for a walk or simply dance as a form of exercise. Not once did I feel that way before the drops and I want to continue making progress even if it’s small, I certainly notice it.

> 24 hourI just started this two days ago and I can tell I’m not as hungry and I don’t have cravings. I don’t even think about eating so I have to make myself eat something. When I took the first dropper-full it didn’t look like it was the full 1ml that the bottle says to take. I measured it with a dosing spoon and it only came out to be about 0.5ml. I decided to use two dropper-fulls since that would be the recommended dose. Thought I’d share since I saw others posting about the amount in the dropper.
