The first thing that I noticed about these drops is, they taste absolutely delicious! I choose to put them in my 32 ounce travel mug, so they are very dilute and I drink them throughout the day. The second thing that I noticed was the increase in energy. I feel like that’s some thing we could all use right now. All of a sudden I was doing things for fun again not just because I had to. Lastly, I have noticed 10 pounds of weight loss since I started using these two months ago. I say, give them a try.

I eat the proper amount that I should and I’ve been using these drops for about 5 days and have noticed the decrease in appetite as well as a 3 lb loss which is not water weight because I again, work out regularly.
