I purchased the G.Skill TridentZ RGB memory for a new computer build. I wanted relatively fast memory at an affordable price and I especially wanted RGB lighting. So this product was a good fit for my needs. I especially like the RGB effect. The default setting for the lights are bright and really light up the computer case. There isnt any real need for special software like Asus Aura Sync. Im happy with the default lighting effect. With respect to performance, the memory performs as advertised as determined by memtest86+ and other benchmarks. Overall, Im very pleased with this purchase.

Arrived quickly and in tact, despite the packaging. Installation was a breeze as I expected. My only gripe is that not everyone wants RGB, but my motherboard was limited to what it would accept at the time of purchase. Luckily my case doesnt have that many places light escapes. Solid RAM, and a good purchase. I havent attempted to over clock it, so I cant speak on that.

Bios confirms specs, great ram for great price and looks and feels very quality. software for RGB config is terribly programmed and crashes when applying changes often.

First of all, one of my two cards that came in this pack doesnt pass bios checks with a single partner or 3 partner cards. Secondly, Trident G.Skill 3600Mhz RGB cards are on amazon for a lower price! Great brand, bad batch, bad price.

I got these for my new build and totally loved them. I was looking for something with RGB so these fit my needs. As for performance, it performs. No problems at all. If youre shopping for RAMs, there isnt much difference between top brands in terms of performance, so I recommend you choose for your own personal flavor (RGB, normal, white color, i like this brand better, etc.)

very interesting features with the RGB lighting, and the ram works just as expected! worth the extra price if you want a flashy system.

I installed these on my Asus Maximus IX Hero last night. I did not have any issues. I enabled XMP in the BIOS to set the RAM clockspeeds to 3200 MHz. The lights on the RAM cards also came on right away and automatically synced with Aura.
