> 3 dayThis is a cool product, the RAM works well, and the software for customizing the RGB colors is easy to use and definitely adds a nice aesthetic to my desktop. Unfortunately after maybe 3-4 months of use, one of my sticks died on me. Including it in any way in my slots resulted in my computer failing to boot, and when my roommate took it to try and diagnose the issue he found the same. Alright, these things happen, contacted customer support to try and RMA it and they hard refuse since I tossed the box that had the serial number. Bad move on my part, but I could prove my purchase, provide the model number, etc. But nope no help at all, whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth. My error aside, RAM sticks should not go bust that quickly.

> 3 dayInstalled these for my computer build for the RGB mostly. Very pretty. Unfortunately, one of the sticks was faulty. Other one worked just fine, which is a shame. Make sure to check if theres any issues with yours if you order, on the off chance you get sent some faulty ones too.
