Great Item for a newborn/toddler to get into reading. without paper cuts. Our grand daughter loves this book and we love sharing it with her..

He has been playing with this book for months a real favorite. Love the crinkly feel, and the colored illustrations are so sweet!

Not only is this a classic book (abbreviated in this cloth version of course) it is the best soft book Ive come across. We have a 6 month old and this has been her favorite toy/book/teether ever since she could control her little arms. She loved it even before she could touch it. Pros- * ALL the pages have the crinkle paper (not just the first page like most soft books). * the textured teething heart is thin enough that my little one can grab it easily. * Press button makes a kissing noise and says I love you. Has not worn out in the 6 months weve been using it * Another favorite feature is the binding which is almost like a soft rubberized coating. I really dont know what the material is, but my daughter also loves to chew on it. She has had two teeth since four months and there are no teeth marks. Con- * Cleaning directions are: surface wash. I wish I could just throw it in the washing machine - but Im sure the voice inside isnt waterproof. :-) The same is true for almost all of my daughters cloth toys- surface wash only. This is my go to item. Ill be gifting all new babes with this awesome book.

This was for a 9 month old Christmas gift with GHMILY bunny gifts including pop up book for later years and the matching jack-in-the box. It is soft with a chewing bookmark hanging from it. Cute

This was for my 10 month old grand baby. Beautifully put together baby book, the crinkly sounds of the pages, the textures & the pictures, the cute & smart way the little bunny “hops” (up & down on a little ribbon in the book) made her giggle & smile! The words “I love you” spoken & sweet kiss sound at the end of the story, all added into making this a precious baby book. Very, very pleased!

I should have read the Amazon reviews before purchasing and the product description should be more descriptive of what you are getting. I was expecting the full book and, even if it werent the full story, I expected the end of the story - the most meaningful part - to be part of it, but it is not. Also, I am not a parent so wasnt aware that people would want all the pages to have a crinkling sound, but the crinkling is so loud, it is completely distracting. Maybe the child would like it, but I cant imagine that it wouldnt drive the parent crazy. I purchased this as part of a baby shower gift, but did not give it. Very disappointing.
