I have been using the pulling oil for a few months now, and absolutely love it. I have noticed a visible difference in my gums and teeth. I was pleasantly surprised to receive some gifts with my order, thank you!

Id read about the potential benefits of oil pulling and was intrigued but the thought of putting a spoonful of plain coconut oil in my mouth was so off-putting. I found this product and gave it a try. I really like the flavor - not too strong but definitely leaves my breath fresh. The consistency of the oil is good too. I havent noticed much if any whitening (Ive been swishing for 5 min, twice a day, for about 2 weeks) but Ive noticed a reduction in tooth sensitivity which has actually encouraged me to floss more. I used to avoid flossing because there were 4 or 5 areas of my mouth that were just so painful to floss. I knew that meant those areas probably needed it more but it was a hard thing to overcome with motivation. Since using this pulling oil Ive noticed that flossing isnt nearly as painful (if at all) so Ive been doing it a lot more frequently. Definitely give this a try if youre new to oil pulling and/or suffer from sensitive teeth and gums!

Im usually not a consistency type of person, but I cant even keep it in my mouth for 2 seconds. Weird taste and feeling in mouth.

I love this product

The product is great. The taste is definitely acquired and after using it for almost 2 weeks I still don’t like it but I am already seeing some changes. My teeth and gums just in general feel a lot cleaner. The tooth brush that comes with it is amazing. I’ve actually ordered some more separately. It is the softest toothbrush I have ever used. I’m finally to the point where my teeth do not hurt when I go to brush them. For that alone, this was definitely worth the money.

I like the coconut oil pull which makes my teeth cleaner and I think it’s too early to determine if it’s whitened my teeth. I don’t like the tongue scraper I prefer another brand for that.

I bought this product before and this time since I was using it consistently I thought to myself, “why not spring for the 3 pack!”. Big mistake, we’ll maybe ordering from this seller anyways. First thing I noticed is the product tasted completely different from the same oil brand I have bought from the store and other sellers on Amazon. Has a weird dirt taste but I gave it a shot and thought maybe it was a diff batch. On my last bottle and will not be buying from here again!
