Greater than one weekI do notice a difference if i go without using it, especially in breath smell when i wake in the morning . Does pull out crap that i seem to miss with my brush. The tongue scraper is bonita too.

> 3 dayThanks to posh momma I tried this out and a few other products and love them all. This oil pulling is great. I have been using it for a little over a week and it has made a difference already. The tooth brush and tongue cleaner are also great. The toothbrush is by far my favorite. When doing the oil pulling it is a little weird at first and a little tough to do it for two minutes but as the days go by it is easier. I highly recommend it I have already recommended it to others and recently purchased it cause I feel like it is a great product. Posh momma is also always informative and easy to ask questions I have watched her on TikTok and she had me sold. And I for sure enjoy this product as my mouth health is so much better with this in just the short time of using it. Also recommend the whitening strips. And going to be ordering the mouth wash because I have a feeling I will love all these products cause I’m already happy with the two. I hope they come out with tooth paste.
