The perfect way to safely carry a nitro bottle. The pill fob seems like it will hold up to any hard knocks. Consider this one before other cheap solutions. You get what you pay for. That its made in America is a big plus.

Always nice to find a made in the USA product that has that good old American quality that is so rare these days. This fob is a prime example of that kind of quality. I found that my nitro bottle fit inside just right. As another reviewer mentioned, if you put it in with the screw top up, the top can get stuck in the top of the fob lid. No problem, turn the bottle upside down and viola, fits great. Its a little bigger than I thought it might be, but Im already used to it on my keychain in just a few days. My doctors office told me to get something like this, not only to have nitro at the ready, but also because EMTs are trained to look for things like this on your keychain. Thats life and death information and nice to know.

GREAT !! This is a beautiful piece Made in America by a true craftsman. Everything about it is 100 % perfect. The small Nitro bottle fits perfectly and the fob is the perfect size to carry in you front pants pocket and isnt too heavy. Dont let the price keep you from buying this Fob. I looked at many other brands and types from other companies and this product the best on the market, hands down. I keep my house key on it so its always a reminder when I leave the house that I have my Nitro with me.

I bought my first Gus pill fob 20+ years ago. It is still on my keys. Last week, My Doctor ordered me to have more than one for my active life style. After shopping local stores with no luck, I found the same fob on Amazon!! I wear it on a lanyard while riding & working outside. I am so pleased to have found another, just like the first. I know just where to find my nitro when I need it!
