Hakko 633-01 633 Soldering Iron Holder, White

Said it would work for fr300 desoldering gun but it doesnt fit well and its not very secure. Would work well for an iron.

Does what it advertises... holds your soldering iron when not in use. Tip cleaner foil is great for extending the life of the tips!

I had been looking for a stand / holder for my Hakko 808 for a while now. This stand works great, its a reasonable price and its solid and includes a nice Hakko tip cleaner too. If you need a stand for a Hakko 808 de soldering gun or other models look no further !! This does the trick ! Thanks.

This is a nice iron holder; doesnt seem to match most of the Hakko equipment, though.

Other tipped over. This one has a nice base and some weight to it.

This iron holder works great with the lightweight pencil irons I use. It is weighty enough to not be concerned about easily knocking over the holder, and completely covers the hot iron from the top without letting the hot iron touch any part of the holder. The only change Id like to see is to have the gold-colored brass cleaner holder secured to the iron holder. As-is, it just sits rather loosely in the hole made for it in the iron holder. Overall, a great purchase, particularly if using lighter-weight irons.

Product is just as advertised. So far, Ive had no problem with holstering my 808 in the stand, but I can see how it might be just a bit light for the Desoldering Iron. In that case, Id recommend putting a weight behind the tip cleaner, on the part that contacts the workbench. Otherwise, it holds the iron securely. Necessary, in my opinion.

Hakko soldering irons are slimmer than your average Weller. Ive noticed they tend to fall out of the spiral wire type of holder. It would be a good thing if the iron was turned off when it falls out and not, say, because the dog was running amok. This stand hold a hot iron well, The Brillo pad works better than wet sponges, in my opinion.

It was heavy duty enough to hold the desoldering gun so I like it!

Too pricey but dont leave home without one of these stands.. The 808 is light and will slide all over your work space if it is not seated in a stand..This unit was just right..
