I have made multiple attempts to contact the sellers here, but they REFUSE to respond!!!! FACT!!! I have even contact the parent company, but was told they dont deal with warranties for their actual product sold in the USA, but they would be happy to sell me spare parts for the product while still under warranty! Again HSK Global REFUSES to respond!!!!! We were just in the market for a set of luggage for my wife, and unfortunately i could not nor will I ever advise people to buy this brand ever again. She went with CoolLife and the product so far seems much better made than this product!! If HSK Global would read this and care to respond, that would be great, but as it stands they refuse to stand behind their product!!!!!!!!!
