Greater than one weekThe suitcases look attractive and seemed functional the first six or eight months. But the wheels have begun to bend under meaning that the suitcase will not roll if it has more than 20 or 30 lbs in it. This is terribly frustrating because it is a wheelie suitcase.

Greater than one weekThe suitcases are great! I just had a little issue with the delivery company that scratched a little bit the suitcases. I reported it to the seller and their customer service solved the issue in no time. Overall, the company and product are great. Highly recommended.

I was very skeptical at first about buying this from a third party seller. Ive head some horror stories about third party sellers. But this company have surpassed my expectations. > 3 dayBought the luggage on a Sunday evening & received it Wednesday......just in time to pack for my Thursday vacation start!! I chose the bright green apple color....I love the color choices! The 3-piece luggage set was received exactly as described: snugly packed into each other, the 360* wheels are awesome (even on carpet) and they pack your clothes/shoes/personal hygiene stuff real nice. I especially like the 1.5 expansion on each piece. The smaller piece is perfect for any overhead. At this point, I have not found anything I dont like about this luggage set! After doing much research, the HAUPTSTADTKOFFER Luggage set was my choice & Im glad I made it!!
