I loved this little vacuum and even bought one for a gift. But later I realized that it doesn’t last long. In the beginning, the battery at full charge might last 5 minutes which is plenty for little vacuum jobs. But after about 6 months of use about 3-4xs per week, I noticed the battery life only lasted 3 mins or so. Now, at 10 months, it only lasts about 30 seconds. I don’t think there’s any way to replace the battery either. So it’s become future resident of a landfill. I’m sad because I was so impressed with it initially. I have new extra parts. Never used them before the vacuum’s battery gave out. Happy to mail them somewhere and give them away

This is a great little vacuum that serves what I bought it for. Easy to use in the car and incidental small spills around the house. Beats dragging out a regular vacuum for those types of cleanups. Very easy to empty and clean. Ive had this for over a year with no problems until I lost the charger and thats on me. Reached out to the company to see if I could buy just the charger and customer service responded quickly saying to send my address they would send a replacement charger at no charge. Thank you so much, Lily. That kind of customer service seems to be lost nowadays once you buy something. When this one dies will definitely buy another from this company. They definitely stand by their products.

Id like to give this product a positive review. I bought this handheld vacuum cleaner half a month ago and during use, I noticed that the charger had a bad contact problem. So I emailed the seller asking for a replacement charger. Lily was kind enough to reply to my email and send me a new charger very quickly. I am so happy, they are very friendly and work efficiently. I have been using this handheld vacuum for a long time now and I am in love with doing hygiene thanks to this vacuum cleaner. Dont hesitate to buy it.

I bought this as a gift for my brother as they just had a baby and I thought this would make cleaning up little baby made messes a little easier. It has not disappointed. I tried it out and now am going to get one for myself. Its really powerful for its size,has several attachments to tackle different jobs , a light for darker places like under your car seat,and the battery life is great. You wont be disappointed in this . Treat yourself , buy it.

I like this vacuum. It works great for small jobs. Really has decent suction. Charge lasts awhile and the handy storage bag enables you to hang it up out of the way.

I purchased this vacuum over a year ago and am still impressed by its performance. I use this in the house, when I’m picking up crumbs and pet hair, and in the car to pick up the bits and pieces of debris that collect there. Not mentioned in the description is that there is a small flap that closes off the part that collects dirt. This flap makes it possible to vacuum insects and keep them contained until you can release them outside. Visitors to our home who have seen this vacuum in action have been similarly impressed and have purchased one. There may be other vacuums out there with qualities that rival this one but it is unlikely that they have customer support that comes close to the Taohorse. When I broke a part by dropping my vacuum on a hard floor, customer service replaced it without hesitation. I recommend this vacuum highly and without reservation.

This is a nice small product that is good to clean between cushions. However I don’t recommend for folks looking to pick up cat or dog hair. The vacuum has a very small collection bin that fills quickly with hair. Additionally the fan on the side of the vacuum blows away anything that is to the left of the vacuum. I am keeping this for my car- but will not be using in the house as it is not effective.

Bought this for the car. Not great suction but it would do for minor crumbs. Only used 3 times and doesn’t charge nor turn on anymore. Total waste of money. Dont buy!

I keep this charged up in the garage to use for crumbs and street debris that winds up on the floors. Its nose is a little too thick to manipulate into smaller areas, but its a handy vac to keep around
