Works fantastic on my baseboards inside as well as cleaning up sand/rocks in the floorboard on my car. Unfortunately not strong enough to get any dog hair off cloth seats

So I’ve only had this vacuum for a day and I’m in love, but what I’m really here to talk about is the customer service. This first one I received wouldn’t turn on at all. Amazon reached out to the manufacturer for me, I chatted with them, and they sent me a replacement no charge. It arrived in 2 days! This one works awesome. Big fan! Buy the vacuum!

I have been very happy with this little vacuum cleaner. Easy to charge and use in car/house. However, the construction that connects with the dirt section is very flimsy and the piece that holds it broke off. Sigh!

I loved this little vacuum and even bought one for a gift. But later I realized that it doesn’t last long. In the beginning, the battery at full charge might last 5 minutes which is plenty for little vacuum jobs. But after about 6 months of use about 3-4xs per week, I noticed the battery life only lasted 3 mins or so. Now, at 10 months, it only lasts about 30 seconds. I don’t think there’s any way to replace the battery either. So it’s become future resident of a landfill. I’m sad because I was so impressed with it initially. I have new extra parts. Never used them before the vacuum’s battery gave out. Happy to mail them somewhere and give them away

The suction is great! The battery lasts a long time before needing re-charging. It also picks up spills!

Wow i am very impressed by this mini vacuum! I have had more well known brands mini vacuums, but this one greater outshines the rest. The suction power is great, gets up all the crumbs, dust, things like that. I used it to vaccuum my car, and it looks so much better. All of the attatcments are great! They help to get in those little nook and crannies. Also in spots that are too big for the nozle of the vacuum. The company is very nice and as long as you register the vacuum with them, they give you a 1 free year warrenty. You really shouldnt have any problems with this machine. Mine came very well packaged. The design is very pretty, it even has lights on the side in case you are vacuuming in low light! Or just need that extra help when you are reaching small areas. When I emailed this company to register, they responded right away. I highly recommend!

Wanted a small handheld vacuum for our apartment and this one worked well... But after 3 months of only occasional use it will not turn on, even when plugged in. It constantly powers on and off so it cant be used. With the price it could be worth it but still would probably recommend just spending extra for something better.

This is a great little vacuum that serves what I bought it for. Easy to use in the car and incidental small spills around the house. Beats dragging out a regular vacuum for those types of cleanups. Very easy to empty and clean. Ive had this for over a year with no problems until I lost the charger and thats on me. Reached out to the company to see if I could buy just the charger and customer service responded quickly saying to send my address they would send a replacement charger at no charge. Thank you so much, Lily. That kind of customer service seems to be lost nowadays once you buy something. When this one dies will definitely buy another from this company. They definitely stand by their products.

I am surprised at the suction power of this and actually really like it. I use it for a quick clean up on wood floors or bathrooms along the corners for hair or under furniture to grab our pet hair. Seems to work good and easy to empty and then I just put back for the next use.

This small vacuum cleaner is the best buy in Amazon. I live in a small apartment. I bought two regular stand vaccum cleaners previously, and it all failed for mainly two reasons. First, it doesnt catch long hair eventually because it stuck in the brush. Second, it took a long time and effort to clean the filter and cut the hair which is stuck in the brush. But this handy and beautifully designed vaccum is catching all the hair and so easy to clean the flter. It includes two filter , so you can swipe it easily while others filter is cleaned dried. And this is way inexpensive then regular vaccum. I highly recommend this vaccum who is busy everyday but wants to clean your room often possible without struggling the cleaning huge vaccum itself. This is the best vaccum Ive ever had .
