So much to love about this hand held vac. First, the compact size is wonderful for my small apt. I can plug it in & leave it on the side of my bathroom counter. I takes up a small amount of space. The suction power of this little guy is great. It comes with useful brush attachments. Convenient USB charging with bright indicator lights. Easy peasy to empty & clean. They also made it “pretty” (aqua & white). I just love it & use it all the time. I think it is a great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Vac was great!! Now 2years later won’t hold a charge, dies in 15 minutes

I hope I can add a video or photo later. I literally just got my vacuum today. Opened it up and viola! To be honest I was a little skeptical because it was so lightweight.... but! Dont let the size fool you. So far it is Hands Down, the best little bagless vacuum Ive ever used. The design is great, it sucked dirt out of corners that I literally couldnt see. Sucked up dog hair off the couch easily! Oh, and one of the best parts.... it came fully charged! When I turned it on I wasnt expecting that. There is no wall hanger, but does come with a nice storage bag, charger, extra washable filter, and various head parts. Also has a one year warranty and instruction manual. I am super pleased with it thus far! Definitely recommend it for quick dry spills and quick vacuums. I wouldnt use it on an entire floor(obviously) but it sucks! Literally, not the bad way! :) very happy customer!

Update: 7/10/2022: Customer Service is wonderful they replaced my vacuum with NO hassle and delivered to my house in 3 days. So great customer service for a brand new vacuum. 5 STARS for great customer service! Update: 1/22/2022: Havent even had this vacuum a year, and the plastic from the canister has already broke! So definitely going to change my rating because of the cheap plastic and hard to clean the canister out at times. Would not recommend! Received my handheld vacuum yesterday and used it a hour later. I absolutely love it already. My 9mth old daughter makes such a mess when she eats, and I pulled this vacuum right out and cleaned up that mess in no time. It charges really fast, easy to disconnect and empty out. The suction is pretty powerful and it can hold alot of trash. This is so convenient. I am going to get one for my parents. I cant wait to use it to clean out my car. I used it again today and love it!

Despite following the charging instructions and keeping the filter clean, the battery life and suction power take a hard dive even after only lightly using this hand vac for a few months. I’m not having much luck with cleaning it by removing the cap at the tip, so I end up having to take the whole canister off and removing the filter, which isn’t the worst, but also not the most efficient cleaning method. Solid 3, wanted to give it four, but honestly it was just a good price at the time.

I loved this little vacuum and even bought one for a gift. But later I realized that it doesn’t last long. In the beginning, the battery at full charge might last 5 minutes which is plenty for little vacuum jobs. But after about 6 months of use about 3-4xs per week, I noticed the battery life only lasted 3 mins or so. Now, at 10 months, it only lasts about 30 seconds. I don’t think there’s any way to replace the battery either. So it’s become future resident of a landfill. I’m sad because I was so impressed with it initially. I have new extra parts. Never used them before the vacuum’s battery gave out. Happy to mail them somewhere and give them away

So I’ve only had this vacuum for a day and I’m in love, but what I’m really here to talk about is the customer service. This first one I received wouldn’t turn on at all. Amazon reached out to the manufacturer for me, I chatted with them, and they sent me a replacement no charge. It arrived in 2 days! This one works awesome. Big fan! Buy the vacuum!

Works great, the suction doesn’t seem super strong but it picked up crazy amounts of cat hair, and for the price I can’t complain. It’s also super cute and comes with a little sleeve pouch for storage. Only cons is that it’s pretty dang loud and the brush tools grab more than they allow through. But still worth every penny.

Follow-up review after company sent me one that worked. It is a very good vacuum and customer service is outstanding. So happy with this purchase!! Didnt even work when it arrived. There is no blue light indicating it is charging only the charger cord lights up green so I know its not the charger but the unit that is defective. Having to get out and return something is a super pain and useless for a $30 vacuum. So disappointing.
