> 24 hourI really do like this dual smart plug. It was a little tricky to get set up. I was confused as to whether you had to set each one separately. As it turns out once you set one the other is automatically set as well. You do have to go back out once they’re set up and get them online. That was something I found out after setting up schedules for both plugs. I also thought it would be solid blue lights once set, but they’re red. I’ve clicked the on and off button on the app on my phone a few times and it’s on, so solid red is where you want them. I used this plug on my aquarium light for the plants in there as well as my lamp in the living room which has always been set up on a schedule on a smart plug so I don’t forget to turn it off.

> 24 hourTook me all of 10 minutes to setup and most of that time was typing in device names and then deciding to switch the names between plugs. You simply download the Tuya app, connect to your wifi, push a button on the plug until the blue light flashes, follow Tuya prompts and you are connected. For Alexa, go to Skills, search for HBN Smart, Enable To Use, and enter Tuya account info. Done. Obviously there are Routines you can set in either Tuya or Alexa but if you have any experience with other smart devices, this will be easy as well. Highly recommend for ease of use. As an aside, the plugs themselves are relatively trim so they fit nicely in the outlet without interfering with other plugs.

> 24 hourI read the reviews prior so I knew I needed the Smart Life app. It took a few minutes for Alexa to pick up on the signals but it finally connected. I love how I can turn one outlet on without the other one.

> 24 hourEasy to setup. Works well when paired with my WiFi. There is about a 1 second delay after turning the switch on, but that isn’t a deal breaker. Good product.

> 24 hourI really like these smart switches. The smart phone app is great. Why pay more when these will get the job done well. We have a fountain in our entry way. I dont want it to run while we sleep -- an easy program schedule has the fountain and the spot light turning off and on in unison. Especially during the holiday season, save money by programming a schedule for lights to turn on/off is sooo easy. I couldnt be happier. I bought 3 of these switches and have them all working for me.

> 24 hourThe overall experience with this seller was great, shipping was good, delivery by Amazon was good. The product is outstanding, it synced up to Wifi without any problems, and works well with our Android phones. We are currently using them on Christmas lights inside the house. Great product that works well.

> 24 hourThis dual plug has terrible instructions and setup. Ive used many bluetooth and Alexa products. This one is so bad I had to return it. Every step along the way, which is many, to get it automated with Alexa was not straight forward, was confusing, did not work, or otherwise caused problems. The instructions are tiny lettering and non intuitive. I could not find the starting point. There is a link for online PDF instructions. The link goes to their home page and no further. No help. I found the app and installed it. The setup showed about a dozen different plugs. No model numbers on mine of the dozen in the app. None of the ones in the app looked like my dual plug - they were all single plugs. I tried the auto setup but the device did not appear. Eventually, I found tiny page numbers on the instructions and each page is only a half page so 1-9 goes along the top half and 10-18 along the bottom half. Then another 18 mini pages on the backside. If you just try to read the instructions you go from step 1 to step 10 to step 2 to step 11. Very confusing. I skipped the NOTE to hold on/off for 5 sec for factory reset since it was a new product. Next step - status based on blinking lights - didnt help because there were no blinking lights. Back to factory reset. But holding down the button did nothing. I tried the second button, that did the trick. Now theres a blue flashing light. Back to the app. The device showed up in auto setup. I had to enter my wifi password for the app, then again for the device. Setup timed out. I had to enter the wifi password again to retry. Timed out again. You get the picture. Eventually I copied that password so I could paste it in each time. I took several tries before the setup actually worked. Now for Alexa setup. There is a link in the app to setup Alexa. I tried it. It took me to a page that said if youre seeing this you need to update your app. I went to the app store. Looks like I have the latest version thats 1 year old - no updates available. I realized that HBN were amatuers and decided to return the product at this point. Im trying the Govee product, and theyre worked for me in the past.
