Hi Linda is whom Im I must say I was on herbalife many years ago I was weighed in at 243 in six months I came in at 176. Along with friend Marcello that worked in da empire state building in new York he call me every week an check me in every time I went to pick up more supply. Thanks for all his support, now Im trying again though Amazon hoping I get the same results im now weighing in 219 hoping by November I could see I big change. So wish me luck I will be back again to tell everyone my new siz.

You can read a million reviews and get an idea of what to expect from a product but the fact of the matter is until you do the research (read the label) and or buy a product (actually taste it, dont make a decision based on someone elses tastebuds) you cant make the best decision. I know the ingredients may not be the very best on the market but Im sure everyone eats or drinks some things because they taste good. I live a high protein low carb life and of all the protein Ive tried this one which I mix with light vanilla soy milk and a couple strawberries is by far the best tasting. I love that it is thick and creamy like an actual shake. To me these are my cheat snacks. I know you can buy better protein powder but to me I but this for low carb/high protein but most of all taste.

This works for me. I have had both total knees & hips replaced; it’s difficult to get around . I was 235 pounds now im 219 . Im able to walk a mile with my walker. I cheat so i guess i could had lost more weight in these 2 months.

This is my favorite flavor!! Tastes, looks, and smells EXACTLY the same as powder bought from distributor. I can tell that the ingredients are the same not only from the label but also from my body. Since I tryed vanilla herbalife protein drink mix I have never changed to another protein mix. I love the combination of vanilla protein mix with coffee latte or with piña colada it tastes so good. I will keep consuming these products, Im loosing weight and also makes me feel healthier.
