> 3 dayI received the item as described, it is one inch thick and does make quite a difference in the pack n play as our 4 month old will now sleep in it. However I am quite confused to why there are other reviews with photos showing mattresses that are 3inches thick as ours and whats described is only 1 inch thick.

> 3 dayI usually LOVE the brand Hiccapop and have bought multiple things from them. Outstanding customer service. However I purchased this mattress to use on vacation in our pack and play and did not feel comfortable using it. You can see in the picture how the outer layer bubbles up and does not completely lay flat. The actual mattress seems to fit, but air gets in between and it won’t lay smooth. Mine also came without and sides that’s signify the different firmnesses. So both sides feel soft. I don’t know if I got an older version or want. Wil be returning.

14-04-2025I originally bought this mattress in 2021. The mattress was thick and had a 0-9 month firm side and a 10+ month soft side (in many of the product reviews that’s the mattress shown). I re-ordered the mattress Jan 2023, and it is now much thinner and does not have the soft/firm sides. The older reviews are misleading as this listing is now a different product. It still has a nice quilted cover and now comes with a carrying bag. It is better than the pack n play board, but not as good as it used to be.

Greater than one weekOur little one is teething with 8 new teeth all at once and weve started putting her in our room for the second half of the night and felt just horrible putting her on the thin mattress that comes with the pack-n-play. This is thick and lovely and I feel so much better now. It comes with a waterproof removable cover which is a plus and didnt smell or off gas like I read in reviews of OTHER mattresses. I would say its not the best for travel because it doesnt really fold back up. I suppose you could attempt to vacuum seal it and roll it similar to the manner in which it is shipped. I had hopped to get this companys trifold option, but its all sold out! I really like the company they seem to be easy to reach if you need to and provide all their contact information in multiple places, I havent had to contact them yet though. Id def buy from them again. For first time moms looking into pack-n-plays. If youre like me and overwhelmed by the shear number of pack-n-play options out there you really only need a basic crib structure and the infant level insert. No need for the bells and whistles, which is what I got when overwhelmed and then never used. But, I would get this if you feel comfortable putting a second companys mattress in the pack-n-play!

15-04-2025As grandparents we use the portable playpen as a bed for a toddlers overnight visits. We use two mattresses and it helps to add a bit more comfort. We realize playpens are not designed to be used as beds, but we cannot afford a bed right now. This is a fairly good substitute.

> 3 dayI usually dont take the time to write a review but three things stick out to me that you probably care about as well: 1-this is a high-quality product for the price. The bonus travel bag itself is pretty thin but should go the distance if you make some effort to take care of it. The mattress(es) and the cover are very good. I say mattress(es) because to make this thing foldable to travel with it is 3 mattress sections that zipper inside the mattress cover independently, but when unfolded come together tightly. The cover is easy to take off and put back on, we washed it before first use. 2-My kid slept through the night on it. We have one of those Graco pack and plays and the board it comes with has a very thin mattress. Around 19 months on a weekend vacation, my kid decided he had enough of it and we barely slept all weekend. This is what got me researching an additional mattress. This hiccapop mattress is all of the 1.5 inches thickness as advertised. 3-The customer service seems great. Without having any issues with the purchase I was already contacted to make sure everything was going well. Within the packaging, they make it abundantly clear they want the customer/consumer to be happy. And I like that. Make sure you check the dimensions on the sheets you have/get for this mattress. If the sheets are too tight it will cause the mattress to bunch up on the sides/middle. Check the dimensions of your pack and play so there is not a big gap around the edges. I hope this helps you not waste your money on the other junk out there that they throw the word baby in front of that falls apart in a couple months.

> 3 dayBaby is sleeping so much better when we travel now. I wish we had bought this sooner!! I would recommend paying the extra for the carry case, makes it so much easier to travel with.
