This mattress is WELL worth the price. I grew up low-middle class, so this was a hard purchase for me. My now-two-year-old hated the crinkly mattress that came with her (used) crib, so she slept on the flat mat of the pack-and-play until shed fall asleep and then wed move her to our bed, (She slept alone in a bassinet as an infant, I promise Ive always been adamant on safe sleep). On my search I did see several cheaper options for a baby mattress, but wed love if shed sleep in her new big girl bed and wanted to make her bed as inviting as possible. I figured spending 20 bucks isnt really saving me much if she hates the mattress and refuses to sleep on it, so I pulled the trigger on this one. And Im so glad I did! She instantly went from 30 minute naps to 2 hour naps. Not even kidding. And it fits perfectly in the pack-and-play until her new bed arrives. I was already sold, but then tonight she had a belly ache and vomited on the mattress. I was expecting to have to scrub the foam part, but to my surprise it did not make it through the slip cover! Soaked on top and bone dry on the bottom! Wow! Only other input I have is to the manufacturers. As much as I loved the product, the card you sent with it just sat wrong with me. Telling customers they shouldnt voice their concerns sounds dishonest.

Love this mattress. My little one was not sleeping well on just the pack n play mattress because it was so stiff, and this is great to add a little extra padding and folds up well, super easy to travel with.

Went for the first trip to the in-laws after having the baby, he had been sleeping great at home in his crib. First night there sleeping in the pack n play...we were up and down all night with the baby. Next night...same thing. After this experience I was determined to not repeat this mistake. After reading hundreds of reviews and comparing multiple products I landed on the hiccapop tri fold. This has been one of the best purchases on Amazon I have made in the past year. Baby sleeps wonderfully for naps AND overnight! We have been using it for almost 3 months now on the infant side and still having great results! The mattresses that come with the pack n plays are just not suitable for (sound) sleeping, especially for babies. We have a Graco pack and play and it fits perfectly without any gaps. Customer service is also great as I can attest because the initial travel case had a tear in it and after reaching out I was immediately contacted and quickly shipped a replacement without any hassle or hoops to jump through! This is a great product and worth the money!

Our little one graduated from her bassinet earlier than I was ready to move her out of our room. I ordered the hiccapop mattress because they offered a firm side for younger kiddos. Safety is a major priority for me, but I knew the pack n play would not be comfortable enough for my little girl without a mattress. This mattress was a lifesaver and we have loved using it at home in her bed, travels, or even playing on the floor with for a soft surface. She sleeps great and loves being in her bed with this mattress. The zipper on our mattress cover broke when I was taking it off to waah it, and when I reached out to the team at Hiccapop they were so kind and replaced it immediately! So happy with this product and company!

We bought this after our baby was big enough to no longer need the infant height of the Pack n Play (note: this is NOT meant to be used in the infant bed, for safety reasons, so we have only used it once the bed was lowered). My parents stay with us a lot, for long periods of time. During that time, our baby sleeps in our bedroom with us and they sleep in her room (we only have 2 bedrooms). The crib is too big to go through the doorways without totally taking it apart, so we use the Graco Pack n Play for our room. This improved her sleep 1000x over. She went from tossing and turning, fitful sleep to sleeping like...um...a baby. She collapses on this thing and will not stir. LOVE it. It also adds a few inches of height to the pad in the Pack n Play, which makes it easier to bend down and see her/pick her up. But keep that in mind if you have anything within reach of the baby when they are standing up -- they might be able to reach it now. We also have an old Evenflo play yard that we keep at my sisters place. This fits it perfectly, as well. For BOTH play yards, it really squishes in there, so there are NO gaps between the mattress and play yard walls. Plus, since its raised higher, if she happens to press her face up against the play yard wall, its far more likely shell be against mesh. (Yes, she pushes her face against things in her sleep. I dont know why. But this mattress makes me feel much better about it.) HIGHLY recommend!!

It works great. Washes great! Little on the thin side but still comfy.

My daughter uses the soft side and its soft enough that even though she wakes up when we lay her down at bedtime, she immediately goes right back to sleep. If she over flows her diaper in the middle of the night, the soft mattress cover that it comes in, prevents anything from getting into the pad itself. This ensures that every night, regardless of accidents, can be a clean and comfortable sleep experience for her. Though we got this too late to use the firm side for her sleep. It seems perfect for little ones, soft enough that it doesnt feel like a wooden board, which will keep them comfortable, but firm enough that they wont sink in to it. We do use the firm side for when shes just playing in her pack and play and its easier and more comfortable on her feet and rear, then that jokingly padded board that comes with the Pack & Play. And were less worried about any tumbles she might have because though firm, it cusions every fall. Im so happy that we got the Hiccapop Mattress pad for our little angel. She sleeps so much better since we got it for her! I cant say enough good things about it. We even bought the Hiccapop folding pad for traveling. I especially recommend this with the Brolex Pack & Play stretchy fitted sheets! This is not a paid review for either product.
