> 3 dayUpdate 2-7-2022 On 2-6-2022 The company wrote back saying that the pictures I submitted does not help troubleshoot the problem, the pictures here are the same I sent them, you can clearly see the PEI flakes stuck in the print, it is obvious the PEI is flaking off from being stuck to the prints as it releases, and they do not come off. On 2-7-2022 they wrote back asking me if I had checked bed level or adjusted the nozzle? You can clearly see in the pictures that the print itself is perfect, no scraping the bed from too small of a gap and no line separation or deformities from the bed level leaving too large of a gap. I own a business; we have 6 printers, and we are not new to them. Three printers have a different brand of textured PEI plates and they do not do this. Update 2-2-2022 I have been back and forth in contact with the seller asking them if they would please exchange the two plates that were only a few days out of the Amazon 30 day return window and I have received nothing but excuses, on 1/30/2022 they replied they would give an answer the following day and they did not so I wrote them again at the end of the day on 1-31-2022 and they replied wanting video of the issue and wanted me to send it to an email outside of Amazons message system which is against Amazon rules for the seller. I wrote them back and told them I would not reply to any outside communication from Amazon and I attached several pictures of the issue. 2/1/2022 They wrote back and said they sent the pictures to their engineer and would give me an answer later, I wrote them back asking if they realized I am a business, and that the situation has my printers tied up and losing money? 2/2/2022 they write back saying (but we are in spring holiday now, we will wait for the engineer, please understand) Needless to say they do not care and are giving every excuse they can, not a way to do proper business. At this point I will order different brand PEI plates and call it a loss. If you have issues with their products you now know what to expect. UPDATE 1-28-2022 At first I could not praise these bed plates enough but now after some time I just noticed that the PEI on the rough sides in flaking off and getting into my prints, I have their brand on three of my 6 printers and unfortunately did not notice the issue until I had 18 prints printed in black with the issue. Again did not notice at first because the light has to hit it right to see it so I am 18 prints deep at 11 hours per two prints at a time that I cannot use nor sell. Thats 99 hours of print time and two spools of filament at 25 bucks each. This REALLY puts my company behind on sales and cost us a lot of money. These are lids for machine die organizers we sell for 19.99 each and are one of our best sellers so were out basically 360.00 due to a faulty product. Now compound that by how long it takes to remedy the issue and another 99 hours of print time...not a good situation. At this time I can no longer condone telling people this is a good product. See my pictures and you will see they were absolutely great at first, then you will see the picture of the product stacked up with the PEI flakes embedded in them. These print top side down so it shows horribly on the tops when the light hits just right and are not usable. *Origional Feedback before issues: I cannot say enough good about these PEI plates, the textured finish leaves a great effect on my prints that we sell as a company. One of our tool & Die holders we print the lid upside down, so we get the texture in the top of the lid and it looks fantastic. The plates let PLA stick extremely well with the bed at 60 degrees C and as they cool right around the 36 degree C range I can be across the work area and hear my parts actually release. Our plates have hundreds of prints on them now with zero issues, every 10 prints we pull them off and wash them with Dawn dish detergent and hot water then dry them with a towel...do not use a microfiber cloth as they leave a residue and do not use alcohol...Dawn and hot water is all that is needed and it removes any residue. Watch the video with sound up, right about the 24-25 second mark you will clearly hear the parts release from the plate once it has cooled to 36 degrees C ...love it!

Greater than one weekI bought it mainly for the added adhesion of a PEI sheet but there is much more. prints literally detach themselves from the print bed after cooling and since you dont need to use any pressure to pull it off your bed stays leveled longer only thing that may be a downside to you is your prints bottom gets the texture of the PEI sheet

Greater than one weekI eventually was able to print well on this sheet. The trick for me was to change how I was doing leveling. You really need to stick that nozzle right into the bed, leaving little to no gap. You could do the paper test if you want, but Ive found doing it by feel and eyeball to be better. The reason for this tighter tolerance is that your usual leveling will be against the tops of the rough surface. What you really need is for that plastic to flow into the valleys of that rough surface. So, dont hesitate to leave less gap between the nozzle and bed than you normally do. Youll know you got it right when the back of your print has tiny pits from the texture. The obnoxious branding falls right off as soon as you remove the tape on top of the letters. I see this as a win. I thought it was some packing tape so when I pulled it off, the letters came with. Cool, thats better anyway. The only downside I see of this build plate is that the magnetic feature is not very strong at all. Not nearly as strong as the one that came with my printer. Not helping things is the protective sheet covering the adhesive on the bottom. I cant remove it or Ill have that glue all over the printer, defeating the whole point of buying a magnetic sheet in the first place. I dont know why they included this adhesive on a magnetic sheet.

> 3 dayThis was one of the best upgrades I have made to my printer thus far. I have yet to have any issues with adhesion and the textured side leaves a really nice surface on the side of the print touching the build plate.

> 3 dayI love how you can obtain high-quality products like this one from China at an economical price! The manufacturer and seller, HICTOP, are mostly based in Shenzhen China but it was shipped from a US FBA warehouse so it arrived in one day with my Amazon Prime. Best of all, this magnetic build plate works perfectly with my HICTOP D3 Hero IDEX printer! Perfect adhesion when printing yet prints pop right off with a simple flex of the plate when finished printing. And then, to reinstall the flexplate on the print bed it just snaps back on via the magnet that stays permanently attached to the print bed. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayLove the texture of this plate. Leaves the bottom of the 3D prints nice and smooth. The 3D prints come off easily. Just be careful lining up the plate to the magnet. Once you stick it...you cant take it off. My alignment was a little off so I just cut off the access magnet with an X-Acto knife. A great upgrade to the flimsy plate the ender 3D printer comes with.

> 3 dayThis build plate is a real game changer. The magnet is surprisingly strong, adhesion is fantastic, and parts just come right off when it cools. All of my printers will be getting one of these!

> 3 dayWhen it works its wonderful. When it doesnt... Ive tried countless permutations of bed temps and z offsets but the pei plate is just not working for me. Cant afford the unreliability. Frustrating product that I had such high hopes for.
