> 24 hourThis is true 12 gauge copper with the proper electrical resistance. I bought another brand of 12 gauge wire before this and it had the characteristics of 14 gauge wire? I guess It was because it was aluminum clad copper, what a lot of crap! I have 4 ohm speakers and their 12 gauge would only allow for a 40ft max run of wire, I needed 42ft. This High Performance 12 Gauge Speaker Wire follows true 12 gauge resistance of 4 ohms for a 60ft max run. Very happy!

> 24 hourIve used 250 of this wire to connect my Atmos system. Do not skimp on wiring for your system. Over the years Ive seen way to many spend large dollars on equipment and then skimp on the little stuff. Use proper wall connector, banana plugs (if possible). My Klipsch speakers only accept bare wire, this wire stays together really well, at 12 gauge this wire will carry plenty of power.

> 24 hour12/2 speaker wire is a must for longer run speakers, this wire is a great value in this application, each polarity is easily identified with the red stripe indicator, wire is a little stiff which was beneficial when running through the wall. Using this is an ATMOS 5.2.2 system.

> 24 hourI am one of those lucky people that has the ability to afford better wiring, so I give this wire 4 stars. I have Kimber Kable 4 and 8 tc, have currently on my subwoofer in the car, and have used in the past on my home system, which while not cheap, is an awesome sounding speaker wire. It is MILES ahead of the Monster Cable that I used to use in the 80s on my home system, Yamaha separates, JBL, ADC. When I switched to Kimber Kable, the whole system sounded more dynamic, top to bottom. Which leads me to this, I cannot run this stuff in the car, especially through doors and the vehicle wire looms. So I used this OFC wiring through the doors of my midbass drivers in the car doors. Its a big improvement over the factory wiring, but not quite to KK8tc performance, but given the price, I shouldnt expect it to. The wiring is a good value for what it is designed to do. I would definitely recommend it
