Flexible, easy to split the wires, stripped nicely, marked with Red stripe and appears to really be 12 gauge. What more do you need?

This is a very low quality wire for the price per foot. The insulation is nearly non existent. The strands are brittle and thick. I could have bought stranded 12 gauge home wiring and got better quality for a fraction of the cost. very disappointed. Usually the distinction between 12 and 14 in night and day. I am not even sure this is 14 gauge wire. 3 things usually occur from this jump. The diameter. The strands are usually much thinner than 14 and there more more pliable. The insulation is usually massively thicker.
