You dont need to spend thousands on cables, but it sure seems like real copper is worth the few bucks more than the copper covered aluminum or whatever the cheap stuff is. This was the cheapest 100% copper speaker wire available and it is great.

Everything sounds amazing using these wires and Klipsch speakers.

I have no complaints with this wire. Im not an audiophile, but the sound seems to be excellent. Stripping the wire ends and maneuvering the cable around corner is a breeze. Because it is higher gauge, when you bend it into a shape, it kind of sticks that way, which is great for navigating corners while keeping close to the wall. Additionally, one of the strands has a small red stripe down the side, which assists in keeping your connections correct. Great cable.

this is great stuff - easy to split, looks good, well made. strips pretty well. Nothing to complain about.

I rewired my home theater with Amazon basic 14 gauge wire and then realized that it was copper plated aluminum wire. I tore it all out and replaced with this.
