easy to pour the ink inside the tanks; work very well with an Epson 4803 that I especially bought for sublimation, the colors are super vibrant once you install the ICC profiles, which can be easily found on their webpage. Ill buy them again when I ran out

Hiipoo follows up orders with good pre-use instructions. Although havent had a chance to print a project yet, I have no doubt that the results will be good.

More than worthy of the money spent. Prints are so vibrant and have yet to have any ghosting problems or lines. Will not use anything else for sure. Loving it. Very easy to install without any mess whatsoever.

I spent a lot of research before buying my EcoTank 2800 and converting it to sublimation with this ink. I have looked at many ink options and based on reviews decided to give this one a try. I had ZERO issues with this ink so far! Installing the ink was a breeze (compared to my previous printer using refillable cartridges and syringes). You just take the cap and insert the ink container upside down into the printer ink nozzles. Just make sure you insert the right color into the right tank as these are not keyed by color like the OEM inks that come with the printer. Printing was just as easy. I choose Ultra Premium Presentation Paper matte as my paper option and let the printer use its own presets. I could not be happier with the print once it was sublimated. Colors are vibrant and true. Especially, I was impressed with the skin tones - no oversaturated magentas or oranges - just right. The picture of a sublimated slate was done with the printers automatic presets. One thing, I downloaded ICC profile from Hiipoo website for my printer and it was no good with the A-SUB paper I was using. For some reasons it printed extra color where it was supposed to be white. So, my advice, go with the printer presets unless you have calibration tools available to make your own ICC profiles.

UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement that was received completely intact, no leaks! I took the damaged product to an Amazon shipper and sent back no problems, no cost! I couldnt diffuse out why i wasnt sent stirrings to install ink.... and its because these fit right on my epson et. They filled nicely, with no mess and no spillage. I havent printed anything yet so not sure of ink quality but hoping all the reviews Ive read are true. I was so excited to finally get into sublimation. I opened my box and there was ink all over inside the plastic bag holding the ink bottles. I didnt even open it. It is getting sent back. How disappointing. I did reach out for an exchange and will update this if things are corrected.
