> 24 hour--- This part DOES NOT FIT ALL RB24EAPs!!!!! ---- Please Check the bottom side of your old Pull Start before ordering. The Pic attached is of the INCOMPATIBLE shaft. I spent over 3 hours of my time on the phone with taking the part on / on and on the phone Hitachi Corporate to find out there was a design change for the RB24EAP and this is NOT the correct part number. I also spent 15 mins trying to talk to Kendra at Kansas Golf (me, explaining the whole hitachi story politely) DID NOT THINK WAVING THE POSTAGE FEE was warranted in this situation. because we have sold 30 or so with only a few returns... She did inform me that hidden somewhere in the more info button in the alternate seller list that another part is required to use this on some RB24EAPs I dont believe pulling the shaft apart to affix another retro-fit part to be a n OEM solution. Hitachi Corporate agreed to fix my blower for me since the part is on national back-order / Not available. It is unfortunate that Kansas City Golf felt this was the correct way to handle this event. While this part may work for Tanaka blowers out of the box. REPEAT!! IT DOES NOT WORK ON ALL RB24EAPs!! Hopefully my review will save other peoples valuable time.....
