Greater than one weekThis was perfect for our needs. It’s plenty sturdy, but easily collapses down to easily fit in a backpack or even a medium-sized purse.

Greater than one weekI have a herniated disc in my back which is impacting walking, standing, sitting and sleeping. It has been my go to to help me stand and walk in between shots, and possibly surgery

> 3 dayIts paint is lovely and the cane is very well-made. Assembling the cane was easy and fast, thanks to the elastic bungee-type cord within the tubes. The entire cane folds easily into a small, inobtrusive unit which fits neatly and nicely into the accompanying bag. It is very lightweight yet has no problem keeping a person upright. It has a standard rubber base, not plastic, for stability. The handle is a good sized fit for a normal hand. Easy for traveling as it is a collapsible cane, it folds up neatly for stowing or placing in luggage. I recommend this to anyone without qualm.

> 3 dayI do not have to use a cane yet, but I have a friend that does, so I got her opinion of this as well as the testing I did. One of the things that surprised me was that her favorite feature was that it was blue. The color takes it away from the dull silver of most adjustable aluminum canes. Beyond the spiffy color the cane is very sturdy, more so that other canes that have been tried. The cane is collapsible and comes with a nice carry bag if you are not actively using it. The cane is adjustable with a push button locking system like other adjustable canes. Because of the way it is designed, the weight you put on the cane makes it sturdier. This can be an everyday cane, or one you keep on standby when you need it, neatly tucked away in its carry bag.

> 3 dayAfter I fractured a bone in my right foot -- welcome to my seventh decade! -- I thought having a walking cane in the house might be a good thing. Given the limited space in my Manhattan studio apartment, a collapsible cane was an even better thing. So I raised my hand to review this cane for the Amazon Vine program. I cant say Ive actually been out and about for a lengthy perambulation with this device, but I did examine it, put it together -- and adjusted the height so it felt comfortable. These, then, are my initial impressions. Putting the cane together is quite simple, although the manufacturer failed to enclose instructions, which would have been helpful. Indeed, at first go, I had a little trouble figuring out how to remove the black plastic collar that secures the sections of the cane when its folded. Removing a white plastic shipping stay first solved that problem. Then I stumbled setting the length of the cane until I realized you have to unscrew a collar on the cane before depressing a button and adjusting the length. You screw the collar on again to lock the cane into the height of your choice. The manufacturer includes a storage pouch for the cane, but its made of some cheap paper-like material and is rather short. This means that if you store the cane after adjusting the height to your preference -- the convenient solution for most users -- the top of the cane will likely protrude from the pouch, not an ideal state of affairs. On the positive side, the cane seems sturdy when locked together properly, it unlocks easily, and I didnt have too much difficulty reinstalling the black plastic stabilizing storage collar. The rubber handle feels comfortable, and the rubber foot, though not a tripod design, seems to grip the ground reasonably well. The aluminum build also makes the cane lightweight, a very good thing, and the blue color is quite attractive. Overall, then, I give this cane a thumbs up, though I have deducted one star for the lack of instructions and the cheapo cheapo storage pouch.
