This is a good portable cane. It snaps open and collapses easily and includes a hard plastic band to keep it contained in the collapsed position inside the convenient carrying bag. The height is easy to adjust with eight height settings spaced one inch apart. Im about 56 and the best setting for me is the fourth one from the bottom, which makes it 35 from the floor to the part of the handle where the hand rests. On the top setting thats 38, and Im a little skeptical it would be tall enough for someone 65. On the shortest setting its about 30.5. Would recommend standing comfortably with arms at sides and measuring the distance from the floor to the web of the hand between thumb and forefinger to get an estimate of a comfortable handle height and if this cane might work for you. The handle is comfortable and the top of the cane includes a wrist strap to help prevent the cane from falling when you need to use your hand for something else. The diameter of the non-slip base is 1.5, and while it does feel stable, you will be disappointed if you are expecting the pivot base shown in the product video.

I had lost a cane when I left it at a restaurant in another state. I chose this one because it folds and fits in a tote bag. Its very sturdy; I feel safe relying on it. Although I ordered a colored cane, Im finding I like the black one that was sent.

The purpose of the cane is to give stability and the assurance needed to regain normal activities. And it is doing that very well.

The time is approaching and even though my wife and I arent there yet, were glad to have this collapsable walking cane at the ready. Its easy to use and set up and its portable, so storage is easy and assemblage takes mere seconds. A great necessity that were not eager to put to daily use just yet.

Having a spare cane to stow away in a vehicle when youre out and about is handy. When assembled completely it is solid and has a good adjustment range for the users height via a button/socket arrangement on the side of the upper section - though this could be improved by offsetting a second set of holes in between the others and just 90 degrees around the unit so as to not compromise strength.

Easy to adjust and use for temporary solution.

The cane was easy to put together -- I had a bit of trouble adjusting the length but I think that was my fault. The cane is sturdy once its all put together. I wish that there had been some written instructions but I got it all figured out eventually. I like the bright vibrant color.
