I like the amber hue as I like to read in bed long after my husband falls asleep. Keeping the lamp on or other blue based lights would keep him up or wake him up, please once I get drowsy it makes it easier to fall asleep since blue light isnt keeping me going. I like how it has 3 brightness settings. I usually only use the lowest one or sometimes the middle one. I use it most nights through the week for 20-45 minutes at a time and I bought it a few months ago, havent had to charge it yet.

My sons love that this gives great light without blinding them! The battery life is long as well!

This book light is perfect for reading in bed when you dont want exposure to a lot of blue light. It is amber colored and has two levels of light. The dimmer level has been perfect for me. It attaches well to both hard back and paper back books and it is flexible enough to position so that the light covers both pages of the open book. I like it so much that I bought an additional one for my husband. I also like that it is rechargeable, although after using for 2 weeks, I have not yet had to recharge.
