> 3 dayOverall it’s a great product. The only thing bothering me is the fact that I have to fill in the water and clean the filter every 2 or 3 minutes. I Would have liked it to go a bit longer. Beside that small drawback, it’s definitely worth every single penny. It works great, super easy to maneuver, and cleans deep dirt. This is 5 years of dirt that I just cleaned. I’m so happy and feel so good to have a clean carpet. I ran out of cleaning solution and had to stop the cleaning session, but the result is great so far.

Greater than one weekI mainly got this to deal with some old pet stains from my pup who as she turned senior had little accidents here and there - sometimes in places I didn’t notice at first because I have anosmia and couldn’t smell my way to the spot. I was dubious that an inexpensive carpet cleaner would work but thought I’d give it a try. Well let me tell you, this thing is a little miracle worker. A few runs over the area dispensing the cleaner that comes with it (specifically for pet stains), then a few runs over to dry it - and I could not believe how good it looked. Now I want to do the whole carpet with it (granted that will be a job because the water dispenser is not that big - so a lot of refilling with warm water and cleaning stuff). I’ve had carpet cleaning machines before, and this one beats them all. It’s pretty light so not hard to carry up and down the stairs. Cleaning it seemed very straightforward and they include a little tool to help clean the brush area. I recommend cleaning the machine well after a task - I think it would get gunked up otherwise. Also - I did notice some small tufts of carpet come up. It didn’t change the look of the rug, but I would take note of it depending on the quality of the carpeting - over time it might cause issues. I will report back if that is the case.

> 3 dayI love this carpet cleaner..It is not real big and easy to pull out for smaller jobs. I do clean my whole rooms with it too.. I have pets and it is great on stains. The price was fantastic.

> 3 dayLight weight and cleaned both a thick carpet and a thin one. The carpet dried in the same amount of time as a over $300.00 model.

> 3 dayI love this machine. It pulls stains out of carpet quite well. The down side is that I havent been able to get the handle to engage (i.e., the pin on the handle connecting with the inside of the machine. I constantly have to put the handle back. Its almost like having the green machine that wasnt an upright. I have to crawl around and hold the bottom part. Its brand new.

> 3 dayI’ve had this product for over a year now, and let me tell you.. I ABUSED it (not literally) I mean I was using it everyday, as I have 2 dogs who I was still training on pottying. Of course, every now and then I’d deep clean it by taking apart the bottom, really cleaning the bristles, but man I’m really happy with how it’s still going. I’ve used it alot; I never tried it on bright “hard to get out” stain types although I think it would work maybe? it doesn’t work too well with old stains, so I advise using it as soon as you can after a mess! *had to refill liquid for every 20-25 sq ft area, best for small area clean ups* UPDATE 3/28/23: • so I bought a new one since the last one stopped working (smoke/smell everytime I turned it on) and this new one just broke the same way.. it’s only been maybe a few months, maybe 2 months. So I’m pretty upset I gotta buy yet another? After taking it apart, I found the motor was rusted. Apparently this is common in these cleaners because of water splashing back as you clean. So question is, how do I stop water from getting in? I dry my cleaner after each use, it sits on a dry towel surface each time. So I’m assuming it’s getting in while I use it. There’s a covering on the bottom that’s suppose to prevent that but it seems like it’s failing at doing so.

06-06-2025Works great. Really gets the rugs clean. If you have a large area this may be a bit small. I foster dogs and they have hair everywhere. This definitely gets what the vacuum misses.
