i bought this product in september of 2022. was very skeptical but willing to try anything after hitting my highest weight of 215 and feeling awful about my appearance. i used this product about 2-3 times a week consistently for a couple months paired with a calorie deficient diet. i didn’t notice a difference right away but kept on going. i used this product for about 3 months and then went to just regular exercise with a lot of walking without the cream. with the help of this cream i’m now 155 and i’ve lost a total of 60lbs. if your patient and consistent this will work! the only down side to the cream is that i would leave it on for 45 min to an hour and it made my stomach VERY sensitive to hot water in the shower but the results were worth it.

It is hot indeed I’ve used it for a few days but I haven’t seen any improvements but I’ll continue to use

I like the fact that this cream will make you sweat wherever you put it… I only use it on my stomach & my sides areas…

This cream works good and really makes you sweat. The smell is ok, not my favorite.

Does what it says. Smell it kind of powerful but you get use to it.

It came open, I assumed it might have popped during delivery? I still used it (cuz I’m a gremlinn ) and worked great! ( Felt like icy hot) I hope they put on tighter seals for future deliveries.

Definitely promote more sweating and I love it lol
