The smell is menthol like which doesn’t bother me. It did have the tingling for a few hours which was also expected and fine. The low star review is bc it made me break out in a bad rash. Just in the place I applied it. I just used a little one time. I didn’t read any reviews of people breaking out in a rash so I’m not sure what’s going on there. It did not itch just really bad dark red spots all over the applied site. UPDATE: The seller replied to my above review pretty quickly and they were very kind. They asked if I would like a refund or to get another product instead. I chose a refund. I wanted to update my review bc they have great customer service so I’m moving it up to 4 stars from my previous 2 stars. Customer service is worth 4 stars with or without the product.

Love this cream only complaint I have is it cools u down,like burning cold, but that probably why it works. Definitely moisturizing and definitely tones my thighs, and arms , I put it on before gym can cool u off on a sweaty workout !

I love using this under my waist trainer to create that thermogenic effect during cardio. Not sure how it is for loose or sagging skin because I personally dont suffer from that. You will definitely feel the heat using this. I dont think anyone with sensitive skin should use this. Recommend a cool or luke warm shower when washing this off... avoid the sauna or steam room while using this unless youre sure your skin can take the added heat.

It has a strong menthol smell to it. I personally love that smell and smelling it when I move around reminds me I have the cream on. It does work pretty good. On my first purchase and using it a few times, probably no more than a week in, I saw physical changes. The first change was little divets where cellulite had melted away. I used it mainly on my belly. I didnt change my diet or exercise at all. After 2 weeks of continuous use, just putting it on after the shower or before bed, I saw a really good defintion in the shrinkage spots and overall. Once everything started getting some good change there werent divets like that so dont worry about that, I think thats just the easiest spots it was able to target at first and nothing anybody else would notice just me because I was paying attention. It feels like icy hot. If I really slathered it on, even bundled up in leggings AND sweats, it would feel freezing and I would bundle up in blankets lol but the more I sat with it then it would go to hot and that was fine. Either way it was fine, just made me feel like it was working and I knew it was because I was seeing regular progress. Its good for sensitive skin because I also used it on the inside of my thighs where chub rub happens and didnt realize the cream was going to obviously come in contact with my lady parts since I dont use cellophane wrap or anything when doing this. Icy hot on your lady bits makes you feel like you have to pee so just a precaution if youre going to put the cream on your upper legs LOL. Unless I have a specific reason to wash it off, Ill leave it until I shower next. Never had any issues with my skin and the cream doesnt feel gross or anything. The cream is a really nice peach color in the bottle but rubs on clear when applied. Really good stuff! Definitely would recommend. But I do stay away from my birds because of the strong smell during the first couple hours of application. My dogs dont care. I am very happy with this product!

Well I Use this product for weight loss to help me sweat more when Im working out, walking,working,cleaning up it really dont Matter what you are doing this product will work doing the bare minimum its a great product and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. You can feel the cream instantly work after 5 mins of putting it on its such a good product.plus I have very sensitive skin and I never had a problem with this product

It actually makes you sweat and you feel hot! I always put it on before working out!
