It gets the job done for my college work but that’s it. It’s not that fast and every-time I try to play a game or watch YouTube videos it just freezes up.

I love my new laptop. Screen quality is amazing. I dont have touch screen. I am enjoying the games. I received an awesome backpack that I can charge my laptop without talking out of the backpack.

I liked how light it is, the backpack is nice.

I had no storage when I got it plus I cant get in the windows 10 there is only 1 disc when I was expecting 3 . With it only having c disc it only holds windows 10

I returned the item as it was not what I expected; it did not come with a touchscreen like I had thought. Other than that, I did not have a problem with the product; it was easy to set up and reset and Amazon made it easy to return via the Khols store.

Froze multiple times and then wouldnt power on after one week.

It is light and charges fast. Keyboard works better than my last HP. The letters on the keyboard are pretty big, like made for old people or kids, but I appreciate that bc
