I really love this laptop. Its lightweight, easy to use, and the laptop bag that came with it is great.

Two weeks after this computer arrived it refused to come on and kept saying warranty expired. Im sick of companies like this ripping customers off. Took my last dollars to purchase a computer that was needed to end up with this.

The one year subscription of office 365 was not on the laptop. It took me several contacts between Amazon, legendary computer, HP, and Microsoft to get my subscription. Wasted 3 hours of my time over 3 days to get it.

I mean it’s a cheap computer I guess, but since I got it, it was incredibly slow to boot. It was just a slow computer. And it would randomly die with plenty of battery left and just not turn on again. I hardly use it because it has been so unreliable.

Computer is so slow right when it was opened. If you want to download any application, such as chrome, the computer will break and restart. Like I said, BRAND NEW. Do not recommend buying. Not all cheap things come in good. Thought this was a good offer due to reviews but no.

Snowflake white added a little humor to the purchase.

It was very easy to set up, the color makes it look expensive, very light to travel with, battery lasts longer than my mac book air. I just got it for about a week so I will wait to see longevity. The back pack is icing on the cake.
