Lo que no me gusto, es que me ofrecieron un equipo casi nuevo, sin embargo ya se había vencido la garantía del fabricante. Y no se cuanta garantía me ofrece el vendedor.

This product was HORRIBLE and SLOW and the screen was soo dim even on high brightness, and the fan was so loud, I promise you this laptop is not worth it!

Being a non techy senior, this laptop has so far not suited my needs. Bought to upload pix for fb or email. Doesnt happen easily like on a Samsung phone. Too late to return and hpsmart no help

Its a bit thicker and heavier than I prefer, but the speed of it and responsiveness of the touch screen are excellent.

Clear touch screen and lightweight!

The shipping and delivery were outstanding! Start up and programs all run quickly and most are efficient - but that is always the way it should be with a new item. However, issues began when I started streaming any content from a variety of online sources like Xfinity, Amazon, Netflix, and it got worse trying to watch live sports. The video flickers and the audio lags. May be returning product if the drivers cant finesse the signal.
