> 3 dayThis was bought 2 Christmass ago, and because of a sickness could not use it. Started using it about 6m ago, and now it crashes every 30 min, heats up and i basically have to wait 24 hours for it to cool down to turn back on. Horrible product! I would almost say its refurbished. Also there nothing saved on it other than some images.

> 3 dayThis is the 2nd HP computer to crap out on me in last 3 months.Both had the exact same problem with a bad driver making me unable to connect to internet.This rendered this unit completely useless.Fortunately I was able to wipe it before returning it.Will try another manufacturer.
