Greater than one weekI returned this laptop. It felt really cheap. Some of the keys were nearly popping off and with a few months the screen would flash on and off when I opened it. Too bad. My old HP is 10 years old and still good. Disappointed in you HP.

> 3 dayThe reviews are not dramatic. I choose to ignore them. The touch screen went out first. Then the whole screen died. Seller did nothing to help. Don’t buy this. Replaced with a dell for the same cost.

> 3 dayI was expecting this laptop to be a bit under-powered, and not quite up to the mark in video and audio. I was completely wrong: this machine blew past my expectations. For a general use laptop, used for web browsing, word processing, and similar purposes, this is more than an adequate machine, this is really very good. The performance is more than acceptable: I havent noticed anything being unusually slow or erratic, it just runs smoothly and fast. The display is 1920x1080 (so HD but not 4K), and clear and crisp for watching online video (for example). The audio too is surprisingly good: you can play music on it and enjoy the well-balanced sound, no cringing necessary.

> 3 dayExcellent work computer for the price...started right up...out of the box...absolutely a work horse! Wish I could have backlit keys for a bit more money...my eyes are not as good as in the past. Otherwise light weight, and completely reliable! Ohhhh....I needed this computer to be delivered immediately because I teach online and I literally had students waiting for my correspondence by the next day...and Amazon was amazing!! This was recently with all the COVID-19 issues and I got incredible service. Thank you from my heart.

Greater than one weekI bout this laptop in Sept in 2020 to work from home and the Intel wifi adapter failed in December 2020. Now HP is s telling me I can pay $80 bucks to get a 3 year extended warranty on both software band hardware. Why the hell would I want to invest more than the the $700 investment I already made during the pandemic. Idk what to do at this point. I cant sell it, I cant get a refund, and Im not giving these crooks another dime. Dont buy it.
