HP 15.6-inch HD Laptop, AMD Ryzen 3 3200U Processor, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home (15-ef0021nr, Natural Silver)

I have had HP computers for several years. The last laptop I bought has been good but was always extremely slow in starting up, printing and visiting web sites. I decided to try this one out and I absolutely love it. It starts up within a few seconds once started. Prints nearly twice as fast as my old one and does the surfing very quickly. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice PC that works well.

This computer is listed as having a Ryzen 3200U processor, a 1366x768 Screen and Windows 10 Home NOT in S Mode. I received a Ryzen 3250U, a 1920x1080 Screen and Windows 10 IN S Mode....Overall happy with the computer so far, the S Mode thing is a pain, but easy enough to switch out of. Just be aware that you may receive something different than what you ordered....

My daughter loves it...good product for the price. Always loved HP.

The mouse pad effectively doesnt work anymore. We are required to use a usb mouse now.

An excellent buy

To be honest, my brother suggested this laptop since my previous one died. I like it because it serves its purpose. I dont know much else about computers. The only trouble I do have with this laptop is keeping the screen focused so that the vibrancy and/or brightness is consistent. The brightness changes constantly with the lighting in the room. Arrived quickly and while Im not an expert on computers this one is SO much faster then my old one. The color quality of the screen is pretty washed out, but all in all Im happy.

Full Windows 10 Home, not the Windows S mode you typically see now in all of the lower end, budget laptops. Also, for me the lowest end processor I wanted was a Ryzen 3 or i3. Weve picked up several laptops running budget processors and within a few months they just cant seem to handle basic things like streaming a movie or even browsing the web. I recently helped a family member buy a education series HP laptop (meant for schools) and it was very sturdy. This laptop does feel a little flimsy which is fine for me, but might not be the best for young kids. Noticeable difference between this laptop and the ruggedized, educational HP series I bought. Cant beat this though at $400.
