Printer will only accept genuine HP cartridges. The reason for the 4 star is because when I went to buy and needed all 3 colors the suggested buy the 3 items together I assumed it would be the yellow, magenta and cyan. They came and installed. Cyan was actually black. Should group the three colors together not just 2 and the black

It does what its supposed to do. Printer says you have to use HP products so what else are you going to do. Very very expensive and in my opinion not worth the money. Still I had to buy it in order to not void the warranty on my printer.

Selected toner cartridges while buying a HP Laserjet Pro M281fdw. They recommended the wrong cartridges. Should have gotten all 202X Cartridges. Got 3 of the wrong ones. I did not find out until the originals wore out and could not return. Be Careful what you order!!!

Just as expected

I had to order one color replacement, or the print will only be black. It took the purchase of all 4 cartages to reinstall the color. This was done in December 2017. It is now Feb. and it tells me to replace the magenta, and the print is only black. What is the shelf life for cartridges??
