I like the computer but I do not like Windows 10 S. What they dont tell you is that you cannot load drivers for your printer so you can print documents from your computer. You have to load Windows 10 Pro and when you do you can not go back to using Windows 10 S therefore losing some of the advantages of Windows S such as security, speed and several other amenities.

Exceeded expectations so far!! I dont know a lot about computers, but I can tell you that this one exceeded all of my expectations. First off, it arrived a day before it was scheduled to, so that was a very nice surprise. Secondly, the set up was ridiculously easy to do, and it was easy to customize to whatever I wanted. Thirdly, its been fantastic for school because it starts up easily, has an amazing battery life, and has all of the programs I need to efficiently work on my 100% online school. would definitely buy this computer again, and would recommend it 100x over.

A few weeks later a streak appeared and I dont know how big it would become.

Had a pretty annoying experience with the delivery of this product but I am assuming this was Amazon related and not from the seller.

For Office Products, Web Surfing and emailing it is great Play Microsoft Word Games and Solitaire and they are times when the system becomes very sluggish/slow for a few minutes ... but eventually, by the end of both games, it starts to speed up again. Have yet to determine if it my end, their end or the laptop. Other than that it is great!!!

Title claims dual core but specs (which filters use) claims quad core . Its a dual core. Run a few apps at once and it slows down a lot.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter and its been a problem getting it working fully. It freezes a lot and having difficulty connecting it to an external monitor. Im an IT professional and have been around the block on all kinds of laptops and this one just didnt cut it even for its price. Very Disappointed.
