It’s not a touch screen, but this laptop has worked wonders for me. Runs perfectly, I’ve had no issues doing retro gaming, But also haven’t had any hurdles running or recording on my audio software. Great laptop

I purchased this laptop for my daughter and its been a problem getting it working fully. It freezes a lot and having difficulty connecting it to an external monitor. Im an IT professional and have been around the block on all kinds of laptops and this one just didnt cut it even for its price. Very Disappointed.

A few weeks later a streak appeared and I dont know how big it would become.

Exceeded expectations so far!! I dont know a lot about computers, but I can tell you that this one exceeded all of my expectations. First off, it arrived a day before it was scheduled to, so that was a very nice surprise. Secondly, the set up was ridiculously easy to do, and it was easy to customize to whatever I wanted. Thirdly, its been fantastic for school because it starts up easily, has an amazing battery life, and has all of the programs I need to efficiently work on my 100% online school. would definitely buy this computer again, and would recommend it 100x over.

Broken OS. not terrible but just a hassle.

I bought this laptop for my brother, and chose this model because the description says it has an RJ-45(ethernet)port. I was very disappointed when I took it out of the box to help him set it up with his internet service, and discovered theres NO ethernet port on this model! So be advised.

I bought two of these, one each for my son and daughter who needed them for virtual learning this school year. After a little over a month, my daughters laptop stopped working and would only display a gray screen when it was turned on. We tried all the suggestions of HP support, both online and speaking to a technician on the phone for over an hour. Nothing worked.
