I tried this cartridge in 2 of the HP printers that take this cartridge and both showed that it was empty of ink. Im returning it. The black cartridge I ordered was full and works fine.

I’m thinking I’m going to try my luck with the lower cost brands/refills, because the HP brand ink ran low on ink after 18 pages of a digital kit I was printing for journal pages, and everything is now printing as purple, with an error message “low on ink” —I didn’t even get to print the 20 pages I need. I suppose it’s up to you, and what you purchased the tri-color for. If you’re using it to print digital kits it can be very expensive.

I printed 3 copies and my printer is telling me Im out of color ink. Scam. Reselling half used or mostly used cartridges.

The HP company stopping them when install in the Printer ??? The HP refused them ?

i always get very good cartridges from you the black wowrked great but the color doesent and i want a new 2 pack but am afraid to buy the colored one they asways worked great before and it is rhe best brand
