Ran out of ink after 20 prints. Had to buy a new ink cartridge shortly after I received this one. Disappointed

I like these cartridges for the consistent clarity.

HP Ink purchased from Amazon wouldn’t work. Had to order from HP. Have run out after a few copies. I don’t think I set up instant ink. I could get the order completed after spending many hours. I need to print for taxes and I just get blank pages I’ve written everybody and no answer. I quit using for long time. No help anywhere. Why do you don’t your help sites like that. There’s no help. I needed printer bad yesterday and it was out of ink. I could get ink purchased from Amazon to work, the ink from instant ink ran out after few copies.

I APPRECIATE THE HP 63 TRI-COLOR ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGE VERY MUCH. I HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF SCANNING AND COPYING ON MY NEW PRINTER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
