I am definitely upset. Love the equipment, love how it works, but I did NOT get the HP Stylus as stated in the Q&A 2 months ago. This was the singular reason for my decision, but noooo....

One of y PCs doesnt work properly, HP and Google cant help and seller couldnt care less.

I LOVE this chromebook! Its low profile and lightweight. The battery life is outstanding. The OS took a little getting used to, but its relatively easy to figure out, and it helps that my 16 year old daughter also has a chromebook and knows all the ins and outs. I look forward to streaming movies and shows on the full screen. The sound is also great.

It is fast, the touch screen is excellent it is definitely worth the price!!!

What I disliked was the lack of tech knowledge when I asked: How do I stop Google play store from opening automatically when I turn on my Chromebook?

I bought this chrome book for my little brother. He is satisfied with his laptop. It has a backlit keyboard, touch screen, multiple functions and can be converted to a tablet.

We own several Asus Chromebooks....but I took a chance in buying this based on the reviews given the Chromebook shortage. Bought it as a gift.

We order this Chromebook for my son for school and my wife was jealous. The build quality is great. It construction is similar to my HP 360x Elite G2. It more that the average chromebook in regards to cost but worth it.

Plugged it in. No power. Charged it overnight. No power. Amazon made the return very easy. I wonder if others have had a similar experience with this item.
