> 3 dayThe screen resolution was nothing short of horrible. But this seller is simply my worse experience on Amazon and is a ripoff. I wanted to like this product! But, I paid almost $400 for this piece of junk and was refunded only $221. STAY AWAY!!!!

> 3 dayEverything about this Chromebook is great, except for the screen. The screen has poor color, revolution and viewing angels. With a large variety of Chromebooks, I recommend looking elsewhere. Its not terrible, but definitely doesnt live up to expectations of modern Chromebooks.

> 3 dayThis device has worked okay for my 1st grade sons distance learning earlier in the year. Any problems I had with it were problems with the Chrome operating system, which I had never used before. My son couldnt do all the activities in some of his Zoom meetings because the Zoom app for Chromebooks didnt support some of the functions, like polling, that the app for regular laptops does. And some time in the fall, Google made it harder for kids to watch videos on YouTube, which is where his teachers got some of his school videos from. For those videos, we had to pull out another device in order to view them.

> 3 dayif you have this computer and it doesn’t treat you like garbage like mine does, disregard this review. if you’re getting this as a first computer like i did, don’t. i got it for school and just to have it when i wanted to use a laptop and there is so many things wrong with this thing. the main thing is that this laptop likes to disconnect me from the wifi, so if you’re on zoom call meetings and whatnot you would probably be cut out of them. second is i don’t like how there’s a search button instead of a caps lock, and it aggravates me when i accidentally press search. also there’s only one usb port so really if you needed to use multiple at the same time it would have to be usb-c. which not a whole lot of people have yet. however, the touchscreen is good for the most part. keyboard is too. but if you’re looking for something good for a computer, i don’t recommend this. get a windows or something.
