Greater than one weekMy grandson loves it. There was a glitch having to do with the battery where it wouldn’t turn on but we called the HP customer service line and spoke with a rep and they helped us resolve it. (We had to unplug, hold the control button and the refresh button down for 30 seconds, & plug it back in, then it turned back on!)

> 3 dayHave this chromebook a little more than 6 months. It has 2 outstanding issues. For NO reason at all, screen shows dead battery and shuts down. Must restart, whereupon battery shows 90% charge. Returned to HP TWICE. Still not fixed. Out-of-warranty now. Also, game icons buffer for no reason and must RESTART to get them working. I would NEVER buy again.
